Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising all rank and file positions
- Manage associate development, merchandising, inventory control
- Address customer complaints and ensure high customer service
- Optimize employee schedules and liaise with Store and Operations Managers
- Conduct meetings and coordinate with various departments
Job Specifications:
- Initiative, commitment, and strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills and motivator
- Detail-oriented and results driven
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management
- 3 years managerial experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
- Knowledge of coffee industry trends and Cafe Manager experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
