Job Description
MINDSYNC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high team performance. Your duties will encompass managing staff schedules, supervising baristas and kitchen staff, overseeing inventory management, and implementing rigorous quality control measures.
Additionally, the Café Manager will be involved in budgeting, sales tracking, and promoting initiatives to meet business objectives, all while cultivating a welcoming and customer-centered atmosphere.
