Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, develop, and coach team members
- Drive sales through merchandising strategies
- Maintain inventory levels and customer service standards
- Optimize staffing and collaborate for store improvements
- Conduct PEP talks and ensure high-quality beverages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5 years experience in Cafe Manager role
- Proven leadership and detail-oriented skills
- Strong inventory management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate to Muntinlupa
Experience: 5 years as Cafe Manager / Store Manager
Willingness to travel required
