Job Description
Stack Ph | GDV Business Services Co. is currently hiring for the position of Call Center Agent with a salary package ranging from Php19,00 to Php25,00 per month, extendable based on performance.
START DATE: April 8 & 11
The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, adept at problem-solving, and skilled at converting customers into loyal advocates.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Providing detailed answers on product inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requests
- Immediate start available on-site
- Open for both experienced and fresh applicants
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in college with no back subjects
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
