Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team at AJR Human Resource Inc. As a Call Center Agent, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with our products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience.
