Qualifications:

  • Below 2nd year College Completed: At least 1 Year BPO Experience
  • College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
  • Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work for Full-time job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training for improvement
