Job Description
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service? We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
- Meeting performance targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
