Job Description
We are urgently hiring for Call Center Agents at BPO Eastwood Hub in Metro Manila.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience.
- At least High School/ALS/College Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
