Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer agreement.
- Share vital information with internal and external clients.
