Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs to clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information and collaborate with colleagues.
