Job Description
Caldwell Communications is constantly seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer commitment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients while sharing insights with colleagues.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
