Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers
- Communicates with customers to address concerns
- Ensure participants understand critical information
What are we looking for?
- Open to college graduates with no experience
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus
