Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure clear understanding of information
Requirements:
- College graduates without experience are welcome
- High School and Senior High School Grads with BPO experience
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- Onsite work within 25km to 35 km
