Job Description
CSR PAID TRAINING
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Pay: Php17,00 – Php25,00/month
Benefits: Additional leave, health and life insurance, paid training, work from home.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
