Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ConnectSphere Solutions as a Call Center Agent! In this role, you will follow standard operations, handle customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Achieve one-call resolution
- Provide basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is a plus
- High school or college graduate
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php26,00.00/month
