Job Description
A Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing excellent customer support and resolving inquiries or issues raised by customers. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally.
- Listening actively and empathetically to customers’ concerns or complaints.
- Providing accurate and updated information about our products or services.
- Assisting customers in resolving problems or concerns by providing appropriate solutions.
- Documenting all customer interactions and ensuring proper follow-ups.
- Meeting individual and team performance targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
