Job description: Join our team as we are hiring Call Center Agents with a Virtual Interview Process (One Day Hiring).

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer concerns.
- Making outgoing calls for follow-ups and marketing.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining records.
- Collaborating with departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- With/without BPO Experience
- College Graduate or High School with BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
