Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Follow communication scripts on various topics
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and upsell products
- Build relationships, maintain call records, and meet targets
- Attend seminars for knowledge improvement
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer support experience with quota achievement
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and multitasking abilities
- High school degree required
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php40,00.00/month
