Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Call Center Agents to join our team for a financial account. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their financial inquiries.
