Job Description
Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or problems effectively and efficiently.
Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
