General Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face to Face Interview ONLY.
- At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate, Conversant in English.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have: Proven customer service experience in a call center or support environment.
