Job Description
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and customer service skills.
- Resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and more.
- Identifying customer needs and escalating them to relevant departments.
- Providing accurate feedback on customer inquiries.
- Updating customer information and ensuring confidentiality.
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office suites with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods with strong people skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
