Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls to provide support and assistance. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
