Job Description
WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS
We are looking for experienced call center agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as outbound call center agents for USA companies.
You will be performing outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA to convince them to buy a service offered and schedule an appointment with the sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dialing outbound calls
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a service
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Upsell services
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent English speaking is required
- Internet connection speed 20-25MB
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Agent in a call center environment performing outbound sales calls
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone
Salary: 125PHP/hr
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly.
