Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Follow communication scripts for various topics
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Build relationships and go the extra mile for customer engagement
- Keep call records in the database
- Attend seminars for continuous improvement
- Achieve personal/team targets
Requirements and Skills
- Customer support experience
- Proven track record in exceeding quotas
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer-focused and adaptable
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php36,00.00 per month
