Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up new accounts and managing existing accounts
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality customer service
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable
- Able to work on-site and attend on-site interviews
