Job Description
Metacom BPO Alabang is hiring Call Center Agents for a virtual interview process (Dayshift). We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Php17,00.00 to Php22,00.00 monthly, along with incentives, signing bonuses, and other premium benefits.
Job responsibilities include answering incoming calls, resolving customer complaints, updating customer information, and collaborating with other departments. Candidates must have at least 3 months of call center experience and be proficient in Tagalog.
