Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
- Making outgoing calls for follow-ups or marketing purposes.
- Resolving customer complaints with excellent service.
- Maintaining accurate customer records.
- Updating customer information and collaborating with other departments.
- Following company guidelines to handle calls effectively.
Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required
- Open for High School Graduates / ALS Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
