Job Description
We invite you to be a part of Metacom Business Process Outsourcing Solutions as a Call Center Agent. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional customer support for various telecom services, including mobile plans, internet, and cable, while also assisting with technical troubleshooting. Your primary responsibility will involve resolving customer inquiries and collaborating with team members to continuously improve our customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with telecom-related services.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve performance targets consistently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of college education.
- At least 2 years of call center experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Benefits: Enjoy 28 paid leaves, health insurance, and retirement plans. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
