Job Description
We are currently seeking Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot problems with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Update customer information in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality goals
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous call center experience is a plus
