Accounts: Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written communication to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact without transfers.
- Match customers’ needs to clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.
