Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring calls.
- Matches customers’ needs to Clients’ products and services.
- Uses negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares specific information with both internal and external clients.
