Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Match customers’ needs with appropriate products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues to enhance understanding.
