Job Description
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
You may be our next Call Center Agent if you:
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Basic web navigation skills
- Willing to start immediately.
