- Communicates with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible
- Matches customers’ demands to Clients’ products and services
- Uses negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in
- Shares information with clients and colleagues

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types:
