Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team as Call Center Agents (Non-Voice).
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or written communication.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Match customer needs with company solutions.
- Use persuasion and negotiation skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Communicate information to clients and colleagues.
