We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
