Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for on-site positions. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
