Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents for our Metro sites.
Position Overview: The Shopping Account Representative provides exceptional customer service to shoppers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Monitor orders and provide updates to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Adhere to call center protocols and guidelines.
