Call Center Agent / Open for Starters
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, providing information, and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.
What are we looking for?
- At least High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
- Must not be enrolled/student
- Willing to work full time in shifting schedule
- Average to excellent English communication skills
- Computer literate with good web navigation skills
- Willing to work on site
