Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit Employment Hub – PH. List of vacant positions available:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs using scripts and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for interview
- At least Highschool Graduate
- Good command of English
Nice to have:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
