Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Call Center Agent at Orbit Jobs Pro. Join our team with the following available positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy.
- Provide effective solutions using scripts.
Qualifications:
- Amenable for face-to-face Interview at SM Megamall Ortigas.
- BPO experience is a plus.
- Good typing skills and fluency in English.
Nice to have:
- Proven customer service experience preferred.
