Job Description
We are looking for experienced call center agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as outbound call center agents for USA companies. Responsibilities include dialing outbound calls, delivering sales scripts, and upselling services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dialing outbound calls
- Deliver sales scripts to persuade customers
- Identify and escalate issues
- Provide service information
- Document call information
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent English speaking
- Internet speed 20-25MB
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- Excellent data entry and communication skills
Salary: Php125 per hour
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
