One-day hiring process
Earn up to Php26,00 per month + Bonus and Incentives
We are seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to join our Retail Account for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to retail products or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
