Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution
- Problem-Solving and Multitasking
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome
- At least High School/SHS Graduate
- Can start asap
- Average to Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
