Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Sapient Careers Makati.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required, fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively through various channels
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Have in-depth product knowledge to address inquiries
