Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00 monthly by joining our team of Call Center Agents at Sapient Careers Makati. We are looking for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and solving problems proactively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
We are hiring for multiple accounts:
- Customer Service
- Technical Support
- Travel, Hotel Reservation, Healthcare Accounts
- Financial, Telco and Non-Voice Roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
