Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives at Sapient Careers in Makati.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills accepted
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
