Job Description
– Handle inbound and outbound calls.
– Manage clients’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Conduct field negotiations.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
– Meet performance targets for collection and client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
