Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join SP Madrid and Associates Law Firm. The successful candidate will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage clients’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct field negotiations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Meet performance targets for collection and client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
